01Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.inboxstandard.com (the "Site"), operated by Inbox Standard ("I", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe our email development services, share examples of our work and allow visitors to get in touch. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g., through scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity)
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site

03Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, code samples, case studies, templates and the Inbox Standard name and logo — is owned by Inbox Standard or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

04No Professional Relationship Created by Site Use

Browsing the Site, submitting the contact form, or exchanging general correspondence with us does not create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either party. An engagement begins only once both parties have signed a separate written agreement (such as a Project Agreement, or a Master Services Agreement together with a Statement of Work) describing the specific services, fees and terms of that engagement. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a contract.

05Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or make use of third-party services (for example, font providers or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites or services and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Standard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

08Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
